All Custom orders are paid in advance with standard labor. Additional labor as required to complete installation due to elements unknown to Kingwood Home Theater or added at the time of installation shall be due at time of installation.

In Store Training and set up of Skype and VoIP computer based systems is available at $95 per hour. Support over skype is available at $1.00 per minute. On Site support is available at $125 per hour plus travel fees based on distance from Kingwood. For other training and engineering needs please call or e-mail a representative for a custom quote.

Kingwood Home Theater has a 15 Day DOA replacement warranty, and will assist with all other manufacturer warranties. Installation carries a 90 day warranty unless otherwise specified
